My name is Linda Jenkinson. I love working side-by-side with people who want to do their best in all aspects of their life but
who have, for a variety of reasons, lost direction, clarity and focus. Often accompanying this is a loss of confidence and low self-esteem. I
really enjoy exploring the issues and finding the lost pieces of the jigsaw that makes up our life. I love watching people's confidence
and resilience grow as they learn to use practical tips and techniques. The icing on the cake is to see that smile appear
once more on my client's face.
My life has taken many turns over the years and I've often been pulled in directions that have
led me to feel unhappy. I've always found that taking control of life's events has made me feel at peace with myself and has
filled me with confidence.
By changing direction, sometimes at the most difficult times, I've been able to turn negativity into
a positive outcome. These leaps have helped shape my career and have led me to coaching and teaching birdwatching to
During my time as a coach, I've found that the pace and style of modern life is affecting people's ability to focus
and access their intuition. To help with this, I have developed an additional coaching process to help people reconnect
to their natural surroundings.
I find my focus by being outdoors and watching wildlife. I also find arts and crafts a good
way of relaxing and I make things from recycled materials.
As well as being a qualified coach with bags of experience
in organisational development, I'm also a biologist with a background in medical sciences, biodiversity and conservation.
I have an honours degree in health sciences which gives me a deep understanding of physiological issues relating to many human conditions
including stress, coping with change and the menopause.
