The coaching process

Making a change in your life can sometimes require courage and determination. It can involve dealing with the opinions and emotions of friends, family and colleagues and can lead to feelings of confusion and isolation. These unpleasant feelings often make us choose the easy option; the path of least resistance. We continue to live a life without conflict but soon find ourselves feeling unfulfilled, bored or even depressed. Does this sound like you?
 
The coaching process will help you to explore your options in a confidential, supportive and non-judgemental environment.
 
At the very first session we will discuss your current situation, where you would like to go, what's achievable and agree some strategies to start you down your chosen path. You will begin to learn techniques to help you overcome the barriers that have prevented you from moving yourself forward in the past. 
 
At the end of each session you will have an achievable and clear action plan to deliver in an agreed time frame. Each subsequent session will move you one step closer to your chosen goal and you'll begin to transform your life in the process.
