will help you to explore the changes you want to make in your life. Your coach will listen to your problems, in a non-judgemental
environment, and help you to move yourself forward to reach your desired goals. Your coaching sessions will be non-directive
and completely confidential.
At the very first session we will be working together to start achieving your goals.
We will discuss your current situation, where you would like to go and then agree some strategies to start your journey.
By
the end of the first session you will have an achievable and clear action plan to deliver in an agreed time frame. Each subsequent
session will move you closer to your desired goal and transform your life in the process.
